West Cowes Yard – Arctic Dry Dock – 1000 tons
The West Cowes Arctic Road Dry Dock is capable of docking vessels up to 1000 tons. The dock allows vessels with a maximum length of 250′ (76 Meters) and 40′ (12.2 meter) maximum width. The dry dock is an unusual combination of patent slipway and with dock gates. Full workshop facilities are alongside the dock allowing any work to be carried out.
